Our founder, Dr. Stephanie Teotia, is a practicing board-certified plastic surgeon who experienced the challenges of traditional medical leasing firsthand—long-term commitments, expensive build-outs, escalating lease costs, and unnecessary overhead that can distract from patient care.

As an actively practicing physician, she understands the evolving needs of today's healthcare providers because she continues to navigate the realities of running a modern medical practice herself.

Dr. Teotia earned her medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed a decade of surgical training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to building a solo private practice, she has extensive experience in both domestic and international real estate.

When she searched for flexible medical office space in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, she couldn't find an option that combined the flexibility providers need with the professional environment, thoughtful design, and level of service she envisioned. So she built it.
