About Aluxor.

What this is, who it's for, and when the doors open.

What is Aluxor Medical Suites?

A credentialed membership of licensed providers sharing premium, flexible medical space in Southlake — a polished place to see patients without a long-term lease.

Who can join?

Licensed healthcare providers across a broad range of specialties — physicians, therapists, and many more — who hold an active Texas license and carry malpractice insurance.

What's required to join?

Every member holds an active Texas license and carries malpractice insurance, plus a short review specific to your profession. It's what makes Aluxor a community of legitimate and qualified providers.

When does Aluxor open?

Our first location opens in Southlake in early 2027, and founding memberships are available now.

Using the space.

How the rooms work day to day.

Can I use the space one day a week?

Yes.

Many of our members see patients only one or two days each week. Our flexible scheduling model allows you to reserve clinical space only when you need it, making it an ideal solution for part-time practices, satellite clinics, or providers transitioning into private practice.

Can I bring my staff?

Yes.

Members are welcome to bring one or two staff members while seeing patients. Staff may work comfortably from our dedicated provider lounge during your clinic hours. If your practice requires additional personnel or ongoing workspace, please contact us to discuss available options.

Can I reserve more than one room?

Yes.

Members may reserve multiple rooms, subject to availability.

Does Aluxor Medical Suites provide an electronic medical record (EMR)?

No.

Members use their own laptops and access their preferred electronic medical record (EMR) systems. This allows each practice to maintain its existing workflows, patient records, and billing processes while operating from Aluxor Medical Suites.

What happens when my patients arrive?

A receptionist welcomes them during business hours, and an automated check-in notifies you the moment they arrive — so they're cared for from the moment they walk in.

Can I bring, store, or rent equipment?

A Dedicated Suite membership includes secure equipment storage, and Premium and Dedicated Suite members can access rental equipment when they need it. See Membership →

Membership & pricing.

What you pay for, and what it covers.

What's included in my membership?

Your membership includes many of the overhead expenses associated with operating a traditional medical office, including:

  • Professionally furnished clinical office
  • HIPAA-compliant high-speed Wi-Fi
  • Utilities
  • Janitorial services
  • Building maintenance
  • Printing and copying
  • Basic clinical supplies
  • Patient waiting areas
  • Provider lounge
  • Complimentary parking
Do I need a membership to book a room?

You choose the level that fits — from pay-as-you-go room time to a dedicated room of your own. Explore Membership →

Do I have to sign a lease?

It depends on how you practice. The flexible, by-the-block memberships don't use a traditional long-term office lease — Standard is pay-as-you-go, and Virtual Membership and Premium renew monthly after a 3-month minimum, ending with 30 days' written notice. Dedicated suites and longer-term arrangements can involve a separate lease, depending on the room and the term.

Can I upgrade my membership later?

Yes.

Many providers begin with a Standard Membership and transition to a Premium Membership or Dedicated Suite as their practices grow. Our flexible membership model is designed to scale with your practice, allowing you to upgrade whenever your needs change.

How does pricing work?

Rates are listed on the Membership page — Virtual Membership, Standard, and Premium are set, and Dedicated Suites are quoted by term length and room with a six-month minimum. Premium members book rooms at 20% off the standard rate. Membership and booking open once your credentials are approved.
