Patient Privacy & PHI.
This page explains Aluxor's patient privacy boundaries as a medical suite space and practice infrastructure provider.
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
Not a clinical HIPAA notice.
This is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for patient care. Aluxor does not provide clinical care, diagnose or treat patients, prescribe, bill for clinical services, or maintain provider patient records as a healthcare provider.
Aluxor's Role
Aluxor provides medical suite space and practice infrastructure to independently licensed healthcare providers.
Each provider who practices at Aluxor is responsible for their own clinical services, licensure, credentials, malpractice coverage, patient relationships, patient records, privacy notices, consents, clinical workflows, billing, and compliance with laws that apply to that provider's practice.
Patients should contact their treating provider directly for questions about clinical records, treatment information, medical privacy rights, authorizations, amendments, restrictions, or copies of records.
Do Not Submit Patient PHI Through Public Forms
Do not submit patient PHI, patient records, treatment details, diagnoses, test results, medication information, appointment notes, or other patient-specific clinical information through Aluxor's public website forms.
Public forms are intended for provider business inquiries, tour requests, membership interest, and general contact. If you accidentally submit patient-specific information through a public form, contact Aluxor promptly so we can review the issue.
Provider Responsibilities
Providers and their staff are responsible for maintaining required licenses, credentials, insurance, and professional standing; providing required patient notices; obtaining patient consents and authorizations; maintaining and securing patient records; using secure workflows for patient information; training their workforce; and complying with HIPAA, state privacy laws, professional rules, and other requirements that apply to their practice.
Facility And Infrastructure Practices
Aluxor is designed to support a professional, privacy-conscious care environment. Depending on the location, membership, and final operating rules, this may include measures such as private rooms, credentialed provider access, role-based portal access, secure account authentication, private file storage where enabled, and operational controls for shared space use.
These facility and infrastructure practices support provider privacy obligations, but they do not replace each provider's own legal duties.
Business Associate Agreements And Secure Workflows
If a specific Aluxor workflow requires Aluxor to receive, create, maintain, or transmit PHI on behalf of a covered provider in a way that makes Aluxor a business associate under HIPAA, that workflow should be handled under the appropriate written agreement, safeguards, and access controls.
Public website forms are not intended for PHI. Provider credentialing, booking, billing, storage, or portal workflows may have their own terms, security controls, and agreements as those services are enabled.
Patients And Visitors
Aluxor is not the treating provider. Patients and visitors should direct clinical questions, record requests, billing questions for care, privacy complaints about clinical services, or requests to exercise HIPAA rights to the provider who delivered the care.
Aluxor may handle building, access, safety, reception, scheduling-support, or administrative concerns depending on the situation and applicable agreements.
