Terms of Service.
These terms govern use of the Aluxor Medical Suites website, public forms, and future member or administrator portal services.
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
Website terms, not a membership agreement.
These Terms cover online use of Aluxor services. Physical space access, booking rules, payment terms, credentialing requirements, house rules, and member obligations should be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.
Scope Of These Terms
These Terms apply to use of the website and online Services. They do not replace any membership agreement, lease, license agreement, house rules, booking terms, credentialing requirements, payment authorization, business associate agreement, or other written agreement that may apply to a provider, member, applicant, administrator, staff user, vendor, or visitor.
If another written agreement applies to your use of Aluxor space or systems and conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement controls for the conflicting subject.
Who May Use The Services
The Services are intended for adults, healthcare providers, provider staff, business contacts, applicants, members, administrators, and other authorized users. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary.
Aluxor's Role
Aluxor provides medical suite space and practice infrastructure to independently licensed healthcare providers. Aluxor does not provide clinical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, billing for clinical services, supervision of providers, or patient record management.
Providers are solely responsible for their own clinical services, licensure, credentials, malpractice coverage, patient relationships, patient records, informed consents, privacy notices, coding, billing, prescribing, referrals, professional standards, and compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
The website and Services are for business and informational purposes. Nothing on the website should be interpreted as medical, legal, tax, financial, insurance, or professional advice.
Applications, Membership, And Credentialing
Submitting a form, joining an interest list, requesting membership information, booking a tour, or applying for membership does not guarantee acceptance, membership, room access, availability, pricing, or any particular service.
Aluxor may review applications, credentials, identity information, licensure, insurance, specialty information, professional status, and other materials as part of its membership or credentialing process.
You are responsible for making sure all information and documents you submit are accurate, complete, lawful, and yours to provide.
Accounts And Security
If you create or receive access to an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not share your account, use another person's account, or allow unauthorized users to access restricted areas. Notify Aluxor promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Aluxor may suspend or terminate account access if we believe the account has been compromised, used without authorization, or used in violation of these Terms or another applicable agreement.
Booking, Access, Payments, And Availability
Any booking, room access, membership, cancellation, refund, storage, mail handling, dedicated-suite, billing, or payment terms will be governed by the applicable written agreement, invoice, booking confirmation, membership terms, or posted operating rules.
Room access, tours, founding membership benefits, amenities, optional services, availability, location timing, pricing, and operating details are subject to change until confirmed in a written agreement or booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, submitting a request through the website does not create a reservation, membership, lease, license, account approval, or right to access any physical space.
Provider And Visitor Responsibilities
You agree to use Aluxor space, systems, and Services only for lawful, professional, and authorized purposes. Providers and their staff are responsible for complying with all applicable licensing, healthcare, privacy, safety, employment, insurance, supervision, infection-control, waste-handling, and professional-practice requirements.
You may not perform clinical work, store equipment, handle patients, or use common areas except as allowed by applicable written agreements and posted rules.
You are responsible for your staff, invitees, patients, vendors, guests, and anyone else you allow or direct to interact with Aluxor space or systems.
Patient Information
Do not submit patient protected health information, patient records, treatment details, diagnoses, or other patient-specific clinical information through public website forms.
If Aluxor later provides secure workflows that may involve regulated information, those workflows will be subject to the appropriate written agreements, safeguards, and access controls.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to violate law, submit false or unauthorized information, interfere with website or portal security, access restricted systems or rooms, upload malware, scrape data, harass another person, send spam, or submit patient PHI through public website forms.
Communications
By submitting contact information, you authorize Aluxor to contact you about your inquiry, tour request, application, membership interest, account, or Services. Communications may include email, phone, mail, or text message where permitted by law.
You may opt out of marketing communications by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting us. Operational or transactional messages may still be sent where necessary.
Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The website, design, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, and other content are owned by Aluxor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for your own legitimate business evaluation of Aluxor. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license, exploit, or create derivative works from the website or content without written permission.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

The website and Services are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aluxor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
Aluxor does not warrant that the website, Services, content, forms, or communications will be error-free, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or available at any particular time.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aluxor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, goodwill loss, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aluxor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, information you submit, your professional services, your patients or guests, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.
Changes, Governing Law, And Contact
Aluxor may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the website or Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
