Our medical suites are easily accessible from E State Highway 114 and Ira E Woods Avenue.
Upon arrival, you will see buildings with similar exteriors. We are located to the right of the Farmers Insurance building when viewing the buildings from the parking lot.
When you arrive.
Arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Check in on the iPad in the waiting area.
Your provider will be alerted once your check-in has been completed.
Your provider will escort you from the reception area to your room at the time of your appointment.

- Building & suite — 2271 E Continental, Suite 120, to the right of the Farmers Insurance building as you face the buildings from the parking lot.
- Parking — complimentary on-site parking for patients, near the building entrance.
- Entrance — enter through the main building entrance and check in on the iPad in the waiting area.
